Get the most from Bango support resourcesBango support resources are designed for simple self-service and we strive to provide what you need within a few clicks. Whether you are new to the service or an old pro at finding your way around, some things may be easier to pin down than others! So here's a quick reminder of commonly used resources, plus a few search hints and tips:
Management toolsA resource for Bango package holders only. Log in for all aspects of account management including statistics, finance and permissions. KnowledgebaseSearch for instant answers, submit a query, log in to ask for Live Help or view your past queries in My Stuff. Refunds and your roleLet your customers know that refunds can only be paid by you, not Bango. It takes time for Bango to re-route these queries to you, and good customer service really matters - so be sure to ask your customers to contact you first. All refunds via check must be issued by you, but you can refund money back to a customer's Bango account at Bango.com. Just log in to Management Tools, go to Finance, and then select Refunds.
