Yahoo! and Bango make your advertising more effectiveAt last week’s CTIA show in Los Angeles, Bango announced a global marketing partnership with Yahoo! that delivers the following benefits to you:
The normal "web model" applies – you bid on search terms and you pay if (and only if) users arrive at your mobile site. For an initial period, many search terms will be free, as Yahoo! is keen to improve the user experience and stimulate growth of this market. You may already be using Yahoo! to drive traffic from the Orange UK search engine, where we have been working together for more than a year. Yahoo!'s selection of Bango as it's business partner to get into the mobile internet marketplace is a great endorsement of the Bango community. The service will go live in October, more details to come in a future customer update and at Bango.com. Regards, The Marketing Team at Bango |

Directory auctions now open! The next round of Directory auctions is now open and live bidding starts on the following dates: Orange and R-ratingsBango is now integrated with the Orange Age Verification (AV) system. To ensure you are fully compliant, remember to always use an R-rated Bango Number for your R-rated content. Do this and Orange will never block age-verified customers from your site. Explanation of Sales figuresIf you have permission to see the sales figures for your packages, these are shown above. Please note that these figures are total sales for your content. If you don't have any sales figures in the email, then the person who set up the Bango package has not given you permission to see this data. To view past customer updates, click here |
