Bango Forums - these are an excellent resource and a lively community is growing. Benefit from the experience of your peers in the mobile community as well as the Bango team. Or just let off some steam!

Knowledgebase - for instant answers 24/7 make use of our frequently updated knowledgebase. You can subscribe to a particular answer if you want to be notified of updates.

Customer updates- watch your inbox to keep up-to-date with service announcements, promotions and best practice guidelines. We will also let you know about upcoming webinars, directory auctions and other events.

Webinar program- these events distil knowledge and experience on a variety of topics into an online presentation. Recent free webinars have covered The Mobile Web Opportunity, the Payforit scheme and Best Practice for R-rated content.


Helping you to help your customers

Bango.net - a new consumer focussed support site which will provide general help for your customers. Bango.net includes FAQs, information on common issues such as credit card security, useful guides, and users will be able to search the Bango Knowledgebase.

Bango User Forums - a platform for mobile phone users to ask questions and discuss topics of interest with their peers. They can share opinions on the latest handsets, content, and the mobile web in general.

Much of the work we do is based on feedback from you. If you have any suggestions for us please let us know by email or by posting in the feedback section of the Bango Forums.

Our Customer Service team are also available via e-mail, live chat or telephone (log in to bango.com for details). Updates to your queries can also be viewed online through the 'My Queries' section of the Management Tools.
