New version of on-handset Help for your customers

We've just launched the latest version of User Help on mobile handsets. This gives your users more information at their fingertips, creating a better mobile experience when navigating your site via the Bango platform.

Many more questions and answers have been added to the help pages, covering a wide range of topics.

The help has been launched with just English to start but we'll be rolling out other language support over the next few weeks.

One of the most valuable improvements is the feedback tool that prompts a user to comment on the usefulness of the answers given, so we can make sure that the information on the User Help is relevant and up-to-date.

Some more improvements include:

  • Context-sensitive help
  • "Related topics" feature
  • Improved feedback and reporting a problem to a Content Provider
  • Help available during the payment flow
  • Country-specific help
  • Network-specific help
  • Improved language support
